Our chef, Massimo Costanzi of Il Grottino di Zio Toto provides five half day cooking courses. The focus is on having small classes to ensure individual attention:
Monday evening: 5pm-8pm.
introductory class in which a full meal is prepared.
Tuesday: 1/2 day course, times below. Antipasti.
Wednesday: 1/2 day course, times below. Primi.
Thursday: 1/2 day course, times below. Secondi.
Friday: 1/2 day course, times below. Dolci.
Courses are held for a maximum of 6 participants in order to maximise personal attention.
Monday evenings: offered year round, contact us with your dates.
Tuesday through Friday classes: offered in 2013 on the dates and at the times as below.
