Monday: the full meal
An afternoon course from 5 - 8pm. 3 hours of instruction, in which you will produce an entire meal, with the menu being chosen each week, according to seasonal availability of ingredients: antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce. Printed recipe instructions will be provided.
Price 140€ including dinner for you and a dinner guest.
Tuesday to Friday, full course instruction
During the rest of the week from Tuesday to Friday during the summer months, it is possible to prepare the single courses in more detail. Classes on Tuesday to Friday will run from either 9 am to 12pm or 4pm-7pm (see list of dates) at a cost of 120€ per class. Should you wish to participate in all 4 classes, the rate is 450€. The price includes a degustazione (sampling) afterwards, at the restaurant, together with printed recipe instructions.
A meal afterwards is not included in the price, but should you wish to incorporate the degustazione (sampling) with a full meal, this can provided for an additional 15€ per person.
